That's the population of Delhi, where the Global Arts Village is located. You can check it out here. The photos section has some shots of the grounds and accommodations.

Looks like we're slotted for a three month stay between August and September 2007. The dude on the phone said that's great because, "India is a slow country and we need time to develop a relationship with it."

india has always felt like such a mystical dream world of elephants and music and beautiful colours. there are so many musicians and artists who draw inspiration from experiencing that country and now you're going to discover it for yourself! i'm so excited for you!!!
