All works of art are collaborations between the artist and the viewer. Both parties can invest their energies towards the goal of experiencing something greater than the sum of the individual. An evolution of thought can occur. The work can be an observance of what illustrious amalgamations we can achieve through this sharing. Like the book that is only a shell for an eternal story that has nothing to do with ink or paper, a work of art is merely a trophy representing the coming together of two minds.
