Dream Catcher

dream2

This doesn't cut it small, check it bigger here

AND AN UPDATE. . .

So I moved it all around a bit and came up with this:

dream3

(The full screen HERE)

Which I like a lot more. Don't get me started on talking about these just yet, but they corcern:

The future
technology
human obsolescence
the future of reproduction
randomized geometry
scientific coding
digital vs. DNA
. . . and other light conversation topics.

Plus, I love this geometric shape that occurs in the middle:

dreameye

I should tattoo it right in the middle of my forehead.

Another set of color separations for silk screen:

I move back to Athens for the Summer this weekend. I plan on starting to do the studio work that will eventually evolve into my thesis work.

I got my old job back for the Summer too. I'm excited about waiting tables and washing dishes and cooking and just plain-ole knowing what needs to be done.

Drawing blood.

Drawing with colored pencils always makes me feel like I'm five years old laying on the carpeted floor of my Mom's living room in front of some huge, wooden-enclosed television set. I can feel the deep shag pressing into my elbows and taste potato chips.
